Role Purpose Develop and maintain current, organizational Emergency Management Program in accordance with BJC, local, state, federal agency, accreditation requirements and organizational needs. Coordinate implementation of an all hazards emergency management program to prepare for and define actions in the event of an emergency situation to minimize interruption of services, restore services, functions and facilities as timely as possible. Continuously assess for effectiveness program related documentation, organizational structure and provide feedback for continous improvement.
