Emergency Physicians: High-Acuity Urgent Care Without the Burnout Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group | San Diego, CA If you enjoy procedures, acuity, and rapid decision-making —but are done with overnights, boarding, and hospital chaos —this is a true ED-to-Urgent Care transition role built for EM physicians. Why EM Physicians Choose This Role High-acuity, procedural urgent care — not fast-track medicine Broad emergency-style cases without trauma activations or hospital call No overnight shifts. Ever.
