Why EM Physicians Choose This Role High-acuity, procedural urgent care — not fast-track medicine Broad emergency-style cases without trauma activations or hospital call No overnight shifts. Ever. Predictable hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 365 days/year Flexible scheduling: 6-, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts Average 2–2.5 patients/hour with strong clinical support Fully resourced sites with on-site lab, radiology, and pharmacy Epic EMR across the entire Sharp HealthCare system

Benefits
