Emergency Medical Technician

Responsible for the delivery of emergency patient care. Competent in trauma and medical situations, both pre-hospital and in the clinical setting. Possess a basic knowledge and the necessary skills to provide lifesaving interventions while awaiting additional emergency medical services (EMS) response. May need to assist additional EMS Responders at the scene and/or during transport. Attend training classes to maintain certification licensure, keep abreast of new developments in the field, or maintain existing knowledge.
Requirements
- Possess license as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in each state of practice.
- Possess a valid Driver's License and have a good driving.
- Must be 18 years or older, approval needed for those under 21 to drive.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Responsibilities
