Ability to learn all clinic roles including front desk Assists medical clinic staff as needed Maintains medical records securely Respond to plant emergencies/Coordinate training and mock codes with Client security according to on-site protocols Teach BLS to staff and Client employees from selected areas Room patients/VS Manages inventory to ensure adequate supplies AED oversight Surveillance testing- Spirometry, drug screen, hearing test, BAT (breath alcohol testing) Communicates and documents medical situations as per company policies Assists with miscellaneous calls and initiates incident reports Inspects and maintains EMS equipment, reporting any issues Conducts checks on site-wide medical equipment Monitors safety and reports issues to the Environment, Health, & Safety (EH) team Provides follow-up care for injuries within scope Other duties, as assigned This does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job. Requirements

• The required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure prior to the start of employment
• CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s) prior to the start of employment
• The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shift
• A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
• Be able to maintain confidentiality
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Ability to learn all clinic roles including front desk
• Assists medical clinic staff as needed
• Maintains medical records securely
• Respond to plant emergencies/Coordinate training and mock codes with Client security according to on-site protocols
• Teach BLS to staff and Client employees from selected areas
• Room patients/VS
• Manages inventory to ensure adequate supplies
