We are seeking an experienced Medical Staff Manager to lead, support, and develop our clinical team. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical staff or clinical operations management (veterinary or human healthcare).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to develop teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of medical workflows, compliance standards, and best practices in a hospital setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Veterinary hospital experience preferred; healthcare management background strongly considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of medical support staff across departments.
  • Partner with specialists, doctors, and leadership to ensure delivery of exceptional, state-of-the-art medical care.
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow, and staffing levels to optimize efficiency.
  • Support employee engagement, professional development, and performance management.
  • Drive compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, including expansion projects.
