Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical staff or clinical operations management (veterinary or human healthcare).
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to develop teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of medical workflows, compliance standards, and best practices in a hospital setting.
Nice To Haves
- Veterinary hospital experience preferred; healthcare management background strongly considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of medical support staff across departments.
- Partner with specialists, doctors, and leadership to ensure delivery of exceptional, state-of-the-art medical care.
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and staffing levels to optimize efficiency.
- Support employee engagement, professional development, and performance management.
- Drive compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, including expansion projects.
