About The Position

As Senior Medical Staff Manager in our Emergency department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our team of doctors and staff. Working closely with the Service Chiefs, hospital leaders and hospital administration, you’ll balance clinical excellence with staff management, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care while our team members feel supported, engaged, and valued.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical experience in emergency and/or specialty medicine.
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder with a passion for mentorship.
• Organized, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
