The Partner Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in strengthening statewide emergency care readiness by supporting communication, coordination, and collaboration with healthcare partners, EMS agencies, trauma programs, pediatric specialists, and rural communities. This position helps organize meetings and events, develop outreach materials, track engagement activities, and maintain accurate partner information to ensure alignment across disaster response, EMS for Children, trauma system improvement, and rural health initiatives. The coordinator also supports project planning by monitoring timelines, documenting progress, and coordinating tasks to keep multi-program efforts on track. This role is well-suited for a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, organizing complex work, and supporting mission-driven programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working with diverse stakeholders. Experience in partner engagement, public health, healthcare, EMS, or project coordination is helpful but not required.
