The Emergency Assistance and Pathway of Hope Case Manager coordinates social services activities for the corps. This role involves providing direct assistance and/or referrals to clients in need based on established criteria, and assessing all families with minor children for eligibility in the Pathway of Hope (POH) program. The Case Manager is responsible for delivering all POH services using a strength-based case management model to families who desire to break the cycle of crisis and change the trajectory of their lives.
