Office of the CEO Internship Opportunity eMed is seeking one (1) Summer Intern to support the Office of the CEO during our 8-week Summer Internship Program, running from June 1 through July 31, 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting executive operations within a fast-growing health-tech organization. The intern will work closely with CEO Linda Yaccarrino and cross-functional leaders, gaining exposure to strategic priorities, executive communications, and day-to-day business operations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program (Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred)
- U.S. Veterans are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in executive leadership, business operations, or health-tech
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Miami, FL headquarters
Responsibilities
- General administrative and office support for the CEO
- Calendar coordination and meeting preparation
- Preparing briefing materials and executive summaries
- Organizing presentations and internal communications
- Coordinating logistics for executive meetings and events
- Assisting with special projects and research assignments
- Maintaining confidential files and documentation
- Cross-functional coordination as business needs evolve
