Position Overview: We're looking for a Full-Time Embroidery Operator to join our production team in Barneveld, WI. We provide hands-on training so you can learn the skills needed to operate our embroidery machines and bring premium golf apparel to life.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions with arms and hands.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Previous embroidery or apparel production experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate a 6-head embroidery machine to apply custom logos and designs to garments.
- Follow production work orders to ensure correct logo, thread colors, and placement.
- Hoop and prepare garments for embroidery.
- Load thread colors, monitor the stitching process, and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished items for quality and accuracy.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
