About The Position
PRINTFLY IS LOOKING FOR AN EMBROIDERY LEAD We are the fastest custom apparel company in the industry, and we are recruiting the best and brightest to join our fast paced, high energy team! Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 7 AM - 5:30 PM
Requirements
- Above Average computer skills
- Ability to transition between tasks as needed : Running machines, Trimming, Shipping, Receiving, HD
- Flexibility with schedule OT when needed
Nice To Haves
- Pulse digitizing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Experience with embroidery machines, Multi-head Tajima Preferred
- Lead teams of 10+ embroidery operators on a daily basis
- Scheduling & prioritizing orders according to various parameters
- Reassigning staff according to workflow
