Customers include leading automotive, aerospace, mobile, automation, and semiconductor companies. Position Overview: As Embedded Systems Technical Sales Manager – Western USA, you will drive sales and customer relationships across the Western region. This is a highly technical, client-facing role where you will combine sales expertise with embedded systems knowledge to expand Lauterbach’s footprint in the U.S.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of hardware-related software (mandatory)
- Previous experience in technical sales
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel within the USA and occasionally to Germany
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with embedded debuggers (preferred)
- Experience with Lauterbach TRACE32 systems (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers
- Present and demonstrate embedded debug and trace products
- Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations
- Plan and attend industry trade fairs and exhibitions
- Initiate and develop new customer relationships and long-term partnerships
- Expand business into new sectors and markets
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams at headquarters
