About The Position

We are looking for an Embedded (Sr.) Account Executive, Automotive to join our Global Sales Team. Tuxera is a world-leading provider of quality-assured data management and networking software. Our technology powers phones, cars, TVs, cameras, spacecraft, IoT devices, and more — ensuring data is always safe, accessible, and high-performing. From our start in open-source file system development in the 1990s, we have grown into the largest team of file systems and storage developers in the world. Today, our software is trusted by hundreds of global corporations across industries such as Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Electronics, Industrial, and Healthcare. The company is in a strong growth phase and is now expanding its footprint in the global embedded software market. To accelerate this momentum, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive — a results-driven hunter with a proven record of exceeding ambitious sales targets. This role will focus on driving adoption of embedded software technologies across connected, autonomous, and high-performance platforms, working closely with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and semiconductor partners across Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals within the embedded software segment.
  • Identify and win new business with OEMs, Tier-1s, and technology ecosystem partners.
  • Expand the company’s presence and solution footprint within existing key accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth across software licensing, design-in projects, and long-term platform partnerships.
  • Maintain strong and trusted relationships with engineering, procurement, and program management stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales, product management, and engineering teams to align customer needs with solution capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive activity to guide business strategy.
  • Partner with strategic technology allies (e.g., silicon vendors, tool chain providers, AUTOSAR ecosystem members) to develop joint go-to-market initiatives.
