About The Position

We’re hiring a Data-Driven Email Marketer to own the full retention strategy across two brands—one D2C and one B2B. You’ll rebuild lifecycle flows, create smart segmentation between professional and consumer audiences, manage weekly campaigns, and optimize performance through testing and reporting. This role is focused on turning one-time buyers into repeat customers and nurturing long-term professional relationships.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience in Klaviyo or similar e-commerce ESP platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills, able to switch tone between inspiring/visual (D2C) and professional/direct (B2B)
  • Comfortable designing or editing email templates in Canva or Figma
  • Experience writing B2B sales-enablement emails (plain-text, relationship-driven, inquiry-focused)
  • Strong data literacy, able to use email metrics to inform broader growth decisions
  • Experience with lifecycle strategies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home decor, photography, or art-related industries
  • Familiarity with SMS marketing integration

Responsibilities

  • Audit, optimize, and rebuild lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back) for both brands
  • Create clear segmentation between Pro (B2B) and Consumer (D2C) audiences
  • Manage weekly email calendars: promotional campaigns (D2C) and industry-focused nurture content (B2B)
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, layouts, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates
  • Track and report monthly on Email-Attributed Revenue and List Growth
