About The Position
At Bath Planet by Kingdom Vision Builders, we’re building a strong event marketing team — not just filling spots at a booth. We’re looking for motivated communicators who want to grow their marketing and sales skills, build confidence, and get rewarded for performance. Bath Planet is one of the fastest-growing bath remodeling brands in the country. Our event team represents us at home shows and community events across the Treasure Valley. Your role? Start conversations. Qualify homeowners. Set quality appointments. If you enjoy talking with people, tracking your progress, improving your skills, and seeing your effort translate into income — you’ll do well here. This isn’t a passive role. It’s interactive, engaging, and performance-based — and we’ll train you how to succeed.
Requirements
- Strong communicators (no sales experience required)
- Coachable and goal-oriented
- Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and follow-through
Responsibilities
- Work high-traffic events and home shows
- Approach and engage homeowners confidently
- Qualify properly (Own home • Interest • Wet area • Decision makers present)
- Set in-home design consultations
- Represent a premium remodeling brand professionally
