Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partner and collaborate with internal teams including strategy, content and creative and external technology vendorsâ¯to deliver email marketing campaigns. Conduct quality assurance analysis of all email campaigns. Manage the delivery of messaging requests to customers and prospects. Troubleshoot and fix any problems that may occur during the generation, deployment, and delivery of emails. Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend campaign improvements based on analytics. Proactively identify opportunities for email marketing growth and revenue generation. Keep up with the latest email best practices and marketing trends.
