This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon. – Thurs.). The fourth week is fully remote. The Email Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving growth and engagement across all Email, SMS and Loyalty. They will be a strategic thinker, able to bring a creative vision to the role while staying focused on business objectives. They will possess a deep understanding of the Lands’ End brand and the fashion, retail, and lifestyle space, and will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will inspire creativity and collaboration among team members while delivering measurable results that drive the business forward. The Email Marketing Specialist will ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing initiatives and will foster and maintain strong relationships with internal cross functional partners and external partners to keep the Retention Marketing team informed of new initiatives, industry updates and feature releases. This role will report to the Email Marketing Manager and work closely with the creative team to ensure a cohesive brand message across all the retention channels.
