About The Position
Alan Health is a modern telehealth platform focused on personalized, science-backed wellness solutions—from prescription treatments to expert guidance and curated wellness products. We're building a brand that people trust to feel better, look better, and live better. We’re looking for a seasoned Email Marketing Manager to lead our strategy across email and SMS. This is a high-impact role focused on driving engagement, LTV, retention, and reactivation. You’ll work closely with our team to set the direction for our lifecycle channels, execute key flows and campaigns in support of driving growth. This is a full-time, hybrid position (3 days per week in our NYC office), reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer.
