About The Position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Graphic Designer with proven experience in the pharmaceutical, animal health, or other regulated industries. This role combines artistic vision with technical expertise, supporting marketing, communications, and educational content while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations. Parsippany based 50% of time in office POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Design & Branding Support B2B email marketing design needs as part of an in-house Creative Team Execute on-brand regulated digital designs; including email campaigns and supporting graphics, using a mobile-first mindset Develop and execute visual assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and digital platforms specifically email. Maintain consistent branding across all channels, including print, web, and social media following corporate guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Scientific) to create compelling, audience-appropriate materials. Regulatory Compliance Ensure all designs, including promotional and educational materials, adhere to regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, USDA, etc.). Work with marketing teams to obtain necessary approvals and integrate required disclosures. Content Creation Produce engaging infographics, product packaging, patient education brochures, scientific posters, presentations, and advertisements. Translate complex scientific concepts into accessible, visually compelling designs for varied audiences (veterinarians, pet owners, B2B). Project Management Manage multiple design projects, prioritize deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Oversee print production, vendor relationships, and file preparation for various outputs. . Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with regulatory/legal teams. Familiarity with copy review processes and documentation management. Motion graphics/video editing experience is a plus. Passion for animal health and scientific communication. EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field. Experience: 4+ years of graphic design experience; 1+ year pharmaceutical, biotech, animal health, or other regulated industries required. Pharma/Regulatory experience is required Figma is required Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere or After Effects); familiarity with web/UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, XD) a plus. Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory procedures for marketing collateral in pharmaceutical/animal health sectors. Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience in regulated or scientific industries. Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail; strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate complex topics into clear visuals; adept at gathering feedback and iterating on designs TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Familiarity with digital marketing platforms e.g. SEO, SEM, social media (organic/paid), programmatic display, email marketing, Familiarity with marketing automation and lead generation tools Expert in Adobe Creative Suite software (or other digital creative platforms) Expert in figma and other design software tools PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS Parsippany based 50% of time in office The US base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000 - $118,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
