About The Position

The Email Marketing Associate will be joining our Digital Channel Strategy team. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling our email marketing program by developing comprehensive strategies, implementing best practices, and employing data-driven insights. The Email Marketing Associate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, campaign design, message creation and testing, along with excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to elevate our email marketing capabilities. Map and optimize the end-to-end email journey for new patient growth and retention. Design and implement patient lifecycle journeys. Build, schedule, and deploy targeted email campaigns. Redesign and continually improve content with creative and content teams. Partner with Analytics to manage suppression, list hygiene, and A/B tests. Coordinate with Analytics on dashboards for open, click-through, conversion, and unsubscribe metrics. Define governance, contact rules, subscription preferences, and unsubscribe benchmarks while maintaining documentation for email policies, templates, and brand standards. Support planning for future data integrations and scalable prospect list growth to improve targeting and personalization capabilities. Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend continuous improvements. Ensure all emails comply with HIPAA and CAN-SPAM regulations.

Requirements

  • Five (5) plus years of experience in email marketing.
  • Proven track record of leading successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and CAN-SPAM regulations is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Highly desired experience in healthcare, retail or agency, preferably supporting marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and content management systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, A/B testing and preview platforms, and analytics tools a plus.
