Email Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Email Developer to lead and manage a portion of our tenured and seasoned email development team. This is a hands-on, in-office role requiring a balance of technical leadership, team management, and direct development work. You'll supervise a team of four developers (two leads and two mid-level developers) while actively contributing to the coding, testing, and optimization of email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized, and passionate about developing engaging, high-performing emails that support our digital marketing strategy. This is a working manager role.
