As the Email & CRM Coordinator at Pandora, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer relationship management efforts across the US and Canadian markets. This position is integral to the Media team and reports directly to the CRM Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include the execution and strategic planning of email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring that they align with our overall marketing strategies and brand messaging. You will be involved in the entire campaign lifecycle, from concept development to deployment, and will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Creative, and Site & Merchandising, to ensure that all communications are consistent and effective. In this role, you will also assist in managing the email and SMS marketing calendars, ensuring that all assets are created and approved in a timely manner. You will leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing insights that will help refine our strategies and improve key performance indicators. Your analytical skills will be crucial in conducting customer analysis and insight projects that guide our CRM strategy, allowing us to optimize our communication effectiveness. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will build and maintain relationships with various marketing departments, global CRM teams, and third-party partners. You will act as a key stakeholder in shaping the CRM strategy and will support cross-functional projects that prioritize development needs. Additionally, you will track ongoing reporting for all marketing initiatives, presenting performance findings to stakeholders and using data to continually refine our email and SMS communication strategies.
