About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Campaign Specialist with advanced experience in Adobe Campaign 8 (ACS) and a strong background in workflow development, audience segmentation, and database growth strategies. This role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end email marketing execution for SanDisk ecommerce, nurture, and automated lifecycle programs. You will leverage your ACS expertise to build email campaigns that include customer journeys, scale targeted audience strategies, and deliver high‑performing, data‑driven campaigns. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, analytics, and marketing teams to produce timely, relevant, and personalized customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Campaign, including deep expertise in ACS and working knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its integration pathways with ACS.
  • Proficiency configuring campaign workflows, email templates, targeting rules, and data integrations.
  • Solid foundation in relational databases and SQL, including ETL processes, data transformation, and query management.
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities, especially in diagnosing issues related to campaign logic, data ingestion, or workflow execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge or experience with Knak or similar email‑building platforms.

  • Adobe Campaign certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Campaign Classic).

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns including ecommerce promotions, loyalty/rewards communications, and complex triggered workflows.
  • Lead segmentation strategy, ensuring database health, audience growth, and the smart application of key data attributes for highly customized deployments.
  • Build advanced audiences and workflows within ACS, optimizing targeting rules and leveraging profile, behavioral, and transactional data.
  • Develop and maintain cross‑channel customer journeys, ensuring seamless and personalized lifecycle experiences.
  • Conduct continuous A/B and multivariate testing across subject lines, creative, content blocks, and send‑time variables.
  • Monitor core email KPIs—open rate, CTR, CVR—and deliver clear, actionable insights to improve performance and retention.
  • Partner with analytics teams to produce weekly dashboards and campaign recaps for stakeholders.
  • Use Knak to build, QA, and refine email creative before integrating into ACS.
  • Configure, administer, and launch multi‑channel campaigns directly within Adobe Campaign Standard.
  • Create reusable templates, workflow logic, and reporting assets to streamline campaign operations.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data flows between Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and other data sources to power advanced segmentation and personalization.
  • Support ETL processes and troubleshoot data discrepancies related to fields, schemas, or workflow logic.
  • Customize ACS workflows, data models, queries, and reporting views to meet business requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve platform issues impacting campaign execution, personalization logic, or audience integrity.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies to optimize deliverability, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
  • Maintain documentation of campaign architecture, workflows, and configurations to support internal knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with copywriting, design, analytics, ecommerce, and marketing leads to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into technical ACS solutions and clearly communicate impacts, timelines, and constraints.
  • Participate in platform audits and contribute to remediation and optimization plans.
