The Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and deployment of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including one-time sends and automated flows. This role involves managing workflows within Braze, Shopify, Aftership, and Zendesk, including flow setup, personalization, A/B testing, and segmentation. The coordinator will develop and maintain triggered lifecycle journeys such as welcome series, cart/checkout abandonment, win-back, and transactional flows, ensuring all communications are on-brand, mobile-optimized, and aligned with channel best practices. The coordinator will use GA4 and Braze analytics to measure campaign performance, monitor and troubleshoot data accuracy. Collaboration with the Performance team to define success metrics and improve funnel visibility is also essential. Furthermore, the coordinator will work cross-functionally with Product, Web, Creative, Influencer, and Social teams to support launches, promotions, NPI, and lifecycle programs, maintain QA processes and testing standards for all customer-facing communications, ensure compliance with email/SMS regulations, and stay up to date with new features and releases in Braze, mParticle, and GA4.
