About The Position

Lead a team who upholds our “helpfulness” mission (outstanding customer service) Manage staff, inventory and visual merchandising. Communicate with Buying Team Assist with marketing and social media campaign content. Review and discuss monthly financials. Recommend strategies for maximizing sales/revenue and cost efficiencies. Generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership. Support pricing, promotions, and assortment planning decisions.

Requirements

  • Three plus years of retail management experience in a home goods store.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
  • Experience with inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of retail or merchandising operations.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Available to work 42-45 hours weekly including weekends as needed.
