About The Position
Join the MosquitoNix Charlotte team as an Elves Assistant Installer! In this exciting role, you'll help our lead operator install holiday lighting and decor for our clients. This is a seasonal role for the winter months. Hours per week will vary depending on amount of jobs. Requirements
- Prior experience in installation or outdoor services preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in installation or outdoor services preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers in the installation of holiday lighting
- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements.
- Help with the installation of equipment and products in residential and commercial properties.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries on-site.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Document installation processes and report any issues to the lead installer.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and targets.
