Paid $15,000 Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability coverage What You'll Be Doing Assist lead installer with HVAC system installations, replacements, and upgrades Transport, load, and unload tools, equipment, and materials Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping Support wiring and connection of HVAC components Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all safety procedures and company policies Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Our 3 Step Hiring Process: At Polestar, we know great talent moves fast—and so do we. Capable of lifting equipment and working in confined spaces or at heights. Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills. Requirements
