Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Experience with Medicaid or Medicare programs
Experience working with health insurance and/or Protected Health Information (PHI)
Candidates must reside in the Tucker, Georgia area to be eligible to apply.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule with standard business hours.
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
To work effectively as a teleworker or hybrid positions with Gainwell, employees must have a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload. Higher speeds are recommended for optimal performance.

Provider enrollment experience or experience with the HIPP/Premium Assistance Program preferred

Responsibilities

Provide enrollment assistance and HIPP/Premium Assistance information to Medicaid-eligible recipients and families.
Verify, document, and investigate healthcare coverage for members.
Identify individuals who may qualify for the HIPP/Premium Assistance program.
Enter and maintain accurate data related to eligibility and enrollment.
Deliver high-quality customer service through phone inquiries and case updates.
