And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Process all incoming member correspondence and scan it into the right queue for workflow. Handle all rescans that need to be completed daily. Process and handle all return mail. Return mail volume on Average is about 10,000 piece a day. As we presort the mail, we pull all forwarding addresses out and work them into the correct queue. All return mail without a forwarding address is scanned into MRM. All return mail that can not be barcoded is prepped or manually completed into the correct queue. Process all Premium Billing rejected payments. Review all rejected checks. Reroute checks to the appropriate department if applicable. Remote deposit checks if applicable. Return checks to the sender with a letter stating why we could not process the check. Member outreach. Making an outreach call to the member to see if we can get a better address as we received return mail on there policy. Making sure the member is still in area, and if the member is out of area making sure we give them the correct information, so that the member can call in to get a different plan, so they are not disenrolled at the end of the month.
