About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a meaningful 12-week leave replacement starting this February in Easton, MD . Help us ensure every child continues to find their voice during this critical transition! Position Overview: Provide high-quality, in-person speech and language therapy to an elementary school caseload of 45–50 students, primarily in a "pull-out" setting. Support students with a variety of needs, including Autism, Language Impairments, Learning Disabilities, and Other Health Impairments (OHI). Maintain accurate progress notes and ensure all IEP goals are tracked and met during the 12-week assignment. Partner with teachers and families to provide strategies that support communication success and academic access for students.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
• Valid Maryland State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License (Required)
• Prior experience with elementary-aged students and a strong understanding of school-based IEP processes
