About The Position

Cross Country Education invites a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated team supporting elementary students in the Fullerton, CA area for the '25–'26 school year. Position Overview: Manage and deliver specialized speech and language services for an elementary caseload of approximately 45 students, including those with moderate to severe communication needs. Conduct comprehensive assessments and utilize diagnostic tools to accurately evaluate students' communication disorders and determine eligibility for services. Develop, implement, and monitor data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and expressive/receptive language goals. Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to integrate communication goals into the daily educational curriculum and home environment. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (Required)
• Prior experience working with moderate to severe student populations

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting students with communication needs related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH)
