About us Wayne STEM Academy is a Tuition-FREE Public Charter School in Goldsboro, NC. We believe: All children will learn if we teach them carefully. Careful instruction includes at its core teaching children at their instructional level and teaching children to mastery. Learning is a function of instruction, not a function of the learner. We are driven to focus on the needs of our students , rather than that of the whims of adults We are looking for amazing Elementary School Teachers to join WSA. This role will require strong skills in classroom management, working with a wide range of students, and the delivery of engaging instruction. The ideal candidate will possess (or qualify for) a NC teaching license, value relationship building, and display exceptional organizational, and computer skills.
