Position Overview: Design and facilitate engaging, standards-aligned lessons in 4th Grade Science and Social Studies to drive student curiosity and academic mastery. Manage student progress by tracking growth, providing timely feedback, and differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learners. Establish a structured, positive, and inclusive "in-person" classroom culture that aligns with school-wide behavioral and academic expectations. Participate in on-site professional development and reviews to ensure instructional alignment across the 4th-grade team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid Tennessee (or state reciprocity) Multiple or Single Subject Teaching Credential (Required)
- Prior experience teaching elementary Science / Social Studies instruction and curriculum design
