The Elementary Principal directs and manages overall campus operations. This role is responsible for the leadership of the campus instructional program, ensuring high standards of instruction and student achievement, compliance with district policies, application of instructional programs, and effective operation of all campus activities. The principal will oversee instructional management, school improvement initiatives, student management, fiscal, administrative, and facilities functions, personnel management, and school-community relations.
