The Elementary Principal would work closely with the school leadership team to provide professional support, coaching, training, accountability, and coordination for the school to consistently demonstrate its core Values in Action. Partnership Academy staff are encouraged and motivated to constantly push themselves to perform at the highest ethical and professional standards and to impact students’ academic, linguistic, social, and emotional growth. We are looking for an administrator who can collaborate effectively and demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, and possess (and continues to develop) instructional knowledge and skills. Summary: Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Elementary School Principal is responsible for providing educational leadership and management oversight of building personnel in implementing educational programming, curriculum, instruction, safety and district policies and procedures within the building. Duties include responsibilities for coordinating the hiring of all staff; evaluating instructional personnel; implementing and overseeing building budget(s); coordinating and implementing district initiatives within the building; performing community/public relations activities in addressing and resolving issues, concerns and programs of the middle school with staff, parents, administration and the community.
