As an on-call substitute, you'll step in when needed to keep learning on track, provide support, and bring stability to our students' day. Classroom experience is required, and a positive, can-do attitude is a must! Heights Christian Schools (HCS) is a 5013 ministry that owns and operates seven Christian schools in Southern California. The primary objective of our schools is to bring about the total education of the student spiritually, academically, morally, mentally, socially, and physically. All employees are first and foremost ministers of the gospel, called of God to lead others to Christ, and to use their gifts, talents and abilities for God's glory (Colossians 1:18, John 1:17, Colossians 3:17, I John 3:3, 7). This person shall be spiritually mature and shall reflect the purpose of the school, which is to honor Christ at all times.
