To establish and maintain a safe, orderly environment conductive to the educational process. Act as building administrator in the event of administrative absences. Attend and supervise school activities, athletics and events. Handle student discipline issues. Supervise detentions. Attend all necessary meetings. Complete all necessary reports and paperwork. Serve as an official representative of the building. Execute all policies, rules and regulations adopted by the Board. Make decisions for the best interests of the District and within Board policies and CSIP objectives. Promote positive relations between the building, district, School board and community. Work to achieve district goals adopted by the Board. Establish and maintain a positive learning climate in the building. Maintain active relations with students, staff, parents and community. Assist with teacher in-service. Assist with emergency drills. Cooperate with agencies and institutions. Other duties as singed by Supervisor, Superintendent and/or Board.
