The NHHI Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Director of Program Development and Quality, the Medical Director(s) and Hospital/Practice leadership to develop and coordinate program activities in order to achieve and maintain the highest clinical outcomes and a superior patient experience in our Electrophysiology and Cardiac Device programs. The NHHI Program Coordinator designs, implements, and evaluates system-wide program components, as applicable, for each clinical entity within the scope of the assigned NHHI program. This person is responsible for development, maintenance, and implementation activities relating to growing the program, quality improvement, data management, outreach and marketing, utilization of support services, capital equipment and supply selection, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Licensed Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Electrophysiology procedures and cardiac devices
  • Strong administrative, management, and supervisory experience as evidenced by the candidates ability to: Plan, organize, direct, and control activities of an organization, department, or service within or across a hospital or similar entity
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, providers, and others allied health professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to educate others and serve as a positive change agent.
