About The Position
Cardiac Electrophysiologist Cardiovascular Medicine (CVM), a CVAUSA Partner Practice, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join our highly successful and reputable team in Davenport, Iowa. Founded in 1976, CVM is a physician-led group that has proudly served the Quad Cities patient community for decades. In 2021, CVM affiliated with Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), offering an exciting future for growth while maintaining our physician-led autonomy. About the Opportunity Join a thriving Cardiology Practice comprised of two divisions (Iowa and Illinois), where you'll find a collaborative environment and a strong team of EP colleagues. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of a comprehensive Electrophysiology program with dedicated support and state-of-the-art facilities.
Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
- Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Cardiac Electrophysiology services, including:
- Full Device Services
- A-Fib ablations
- Lead Extractions
- Cryoablation
- Watchman procedures
- Utilize state-of-the-art 3D Mapping technology (Carto and ESI).
- Work primarily on one hospital campus, minimizing travel throughout the workweek.
- Benefit from no general cardiology call; the EP call rotation is strictly EP-focused.
- Collaborate with a dedicated General Cardiology Hospitalist Program that manages inpatient care, utilizing EP as consultants.
- Access two dedicated EP labs with a 100% EP support team.
