Responsibilities
- Perform expert soldering, repair, and testing of electronic components and circuit board products to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain unwavering quality standards in all activities, adhering to ISO requirements to guarantee product excellence.
- Proactively maintain and enhance technical competency, staying at the forefront of new technology and industry trends.
- Conduct thorough Product Yield Analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance production efficiency.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of data for in-depth statistical analysis, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Provide support to Production duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
- Work some overtime as required to meet critical delivery objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
