About The Position

Responsibilities Responsible for the operation of laboratory equipment and test fixtures for internal and client projects. Deconstructs electronic devices and components to prepare samples and materials for testing. Operates automated test systems and specialized laboratory equipment according to defined procedures. Follows defined test plans and datasheets to execute testing accurately and consistently. Records observed and calculated data on appropriate forms, data sheets, and reporting templates. Receives guidance from engineers and reports test data to engineering and management teams. Operates machines and tools safely and effectively within defined responsibilities. Ensures laboratory work areas and equipment are maintained in clean, functional condition. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of work experience in quality, electronics testing, or science fields preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and/or laboratory equipment. Strong communication skills. Strong organization skills. The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000-60,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
