About The Position

The Electronics & Controls Engineering Technician supports engineering development initiatives through the design, prototyping, testing, and production support of electronic control systems. This role combines hardware development, embedded software programming, and hands-on troubleshooting to support both internal engineering and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical and electronic troubleshooting support to customers, engineering personnel, and production staff.
• Design, assemble, and test prototype electronic circuit boards and control systems.
• Develop and maintain embedded software used to control electronic devices and systems.
• Build, program, and maintain electronic testing and validation equipment.
• Support transition of prototype designs into production through coordination with external manufacturing vendors.
• Diagnose system performance issues across hardware and software environments.
• Document designs, testing procedures, and operational functionality.
• Assist engineering teams in development and refinement of electro-mechanical control solutions.
