About The Position

As an Electronics Technician at Blissway, you are critical throughout the operations of our warehouse, production, and project installations. Using a combination of technical and organizational skills, you will have the opportunity to: Lead production of our WAL-Es, their electronic assemblies, and their testing. Develop and own processes throughout the warehouse and assembly line, including organization of inventory and tools. Develop methods to improve our system testing and quality assurance. Coordinate work requests and maintenance with external contractors and customers. Lead project installation and field maintenance teams throughout the nation. You’ll be expected to work through different software programs and develop your own spreadsheets and tools. Take ownership of projects and put in the necessary time to meet deadlines. A recent company survey showed that the team is averaging 50 hours to get their tasks done, with this role specifically requiring overnight shifts and support. Excel at solving hard problems and take full ownership. We expect you to figure out what you need to get stuff done. Flexible to help all areas of the company when other teams need a boost. Usually this is a great opportunity to learn and get exposure to new things. If you are uncomfortable with the idea of fluid responsibilities, this will not be a good fit.
