We are seeking a skilled PCB Technician to join our team. In this role, you will test and troubleshoot printed circuit board assemblies, ensuring compliance with documentation, specifications, and quality workmanship standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume, high-accuracy environment. Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience operating electronic test equipment and measurement tools
- Strong technical writing/documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-detail environment
- Associate degree in a related technical field or equivalent relevant experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related PCB or electronics work experience required
Responsibilities
- Perform tests on PCB assemblies per established procedures
- Document and record test results accurately
- Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions at the subassembly level
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and process sheets
- Operate test equipment such as digital volt meters and calibration tools
- Maintain strong technical documentation and reporting
