We are seeking a hands-on Electronics Repair Technician to support failure analysis and troubleshooting of returned products from the field. This role focuses on diagnosing issues, performing basic electrical testing, and supporting quality improvement efforts. This is a practical, hands-on role ideal for candidates with experience in electronics repair, maintenance, or technical troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical training in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related field (preferred, not required)
• 1–3 years of experience in electronics repair, testing, or maintenance
• Ability to use basic test equipment (multimeter required; oscilloscope is a plus)
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read basic wiring diagrams or schematics (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude (comfortable with disassembly and reassembly

Nice To Haves

• Experience with motors, HVAC systems, or power electronics
• Experience in manufacturing, repair, or service environments
• Familiarity with failure analysis or root cause investigation

Responsibilities

• Analyze returned products and identify failure causes
• Perform electrical testing using tools such as multimeter and oscilloscope
• Disassemble, inspect, and repair motors or electronic components
• Document test results and failure analysis reports
• Support quality and engineering teams with troubleshooting data
• Follow standard procedures (SOPs) for testing and reporting
