About The Position

As an Electronics Field Auditor, you will engage with customers and provide technical support on installing and using multiplex electrical systems, power converters, inverters, and transfer switches in Recreational Vehicles.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or similar; will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of Technical Customer Support experience, preferably within an industrial field. Experience within an RV manufacturer would be a plus. Experience with RV assembly, RV electronics or similar electronics would be a plus.
  • Solid planning, organizing, prioritizing and execution skills required; high attention to de tails and problem-solving skills. General knowledge of RV power systems, installation, and use is needed (will be trained on product specifics). Solid understanding of automotive batteries and their applications is needed. Experience with AC to DC and DC to AC power conversion would be a plus.
  • Solid computer skills and ability to use or learn Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written skillset; able to present information and communicate with all levels inside and outside of the organization.
  • Demonstrates a high customer-service and support personality; flexible and adaptable; able to work independently and within teams; positive and optimistic; takes initiative and get things done; continuous learner; able to reflect and make well thought out decisions; strong relationship skills and ability to partner with other departments and customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within an RV manufacturer would be a plus.
  • Experience with RV assembly, RV electronics or similar electronics would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts audits at OEM facilities to ensure they are in compliance with standards.
  • Provides support and technical assistance via phone and email to end users of power conversion equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoots warranty returns to identify the root cause of failure.
  • Performs incoming quality checks to verify that products meet specifications.
  • Assists with additional tasks as needed in a complete and timely manner to ensure continued team success.
