About The Position

Electronics Engineer, Lead The Opportunity: Develop electronic systems and components to use within equipment or machinery. Support other engineers to perform tasks when necessary. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies. You Have: 8+ years of experience with electronic circuits, circuit elements, equipment, systems, and associated phenomena with electromagnetic or acoustical wave energy or electrical information for communication, computation, sensing, control, measurement, and navigation Experience developing electronic systems and components to use within equipment or machinery Experience analyzing the requirements of electronic systems and components based on customer satisfaction, making and adjusting design plans, and designing, testing, and creating electronic systems and components while ensuring that products can work alone or are compatible with other systems Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology field and 8+ years of experience in engineering, or 10+ years of experience in engineering in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience developing electronic systems and components to use within equipment or machinery Experience analyzing the requirements of electronic systems and components based on customer satisfaction Experience making and adjusting design plans and designing, testing and creating electronic systems and components while ensuring that products can work alone or are compatible with other systems Knowledge of physical and engineering sciences and mathematics, electronic phenomena, and the principles, techniques, and practices of electronics engineering TS/SCI clearance Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Requirements

8+ years of experience with electronic circuits, circuit elements, equipment, systems, and associated phenomena with electromagnetic or acoustical wave energy or electrical information for communication, computation, sensing, control, measurement, and navigation
Experience developing electronic systems and components to use within equipment or machinery
Experience analyzing the requirements of electronic systems and components based on customer satisfaction, making and adjusting design plans, and designing, testing, and creating electronic systems and components while ensuring that products can work alone or are compatible with other systems
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology field and 8+ years of experience in engineering, or 10+ years of experience in engineering in lieu of a degree
