About The Position

Build what matters in Aurora, IL Join a fast-moving production team where your steady hands and sharp eyes turn components into complete electronic assemblies. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours, skill growth, and a clear path to long-term employment. A day in your role Start your 1st shift at 7:00 am and wrap at 3:00 pm, Monday–Friday. Translate samples or schematics into finished electronic assemblies using hand soldering and precise techniques. Record each build in a computer-based production log so the team stays on track. Examine units carefully for quality, then pack completed products for shipment. Handle tools such as wire strippers, exacto knives, calipers, and an RF scanner with confidence. Pay and schedule $17.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience. 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday. What you bring At least 1 year in electronic production working with components and assemblies. Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately. Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards. Hand soldering experience. Proficiency with electrical/electronic systems.
