About The Position

Join Anderson Instruments as an Electronics Assembler! You’ll assemble small electronic and electro-mechanical components, following detailed instructions to produce high-quality products. Steady hands, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are key. Soldering or precision wiring experience is a plus but not required — we provide on-the-job training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Soldering, precision wiring, or mechanical/technical experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assemble components to create finished products according to specifications
• Calibrate and test components for proper function
• Complete reporting, checklists, and data entry accurately
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for parts used
• Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards)
• Collaborate with team members to maintain quality and support continuous improvement
